I purchased my new Cross Sport on 9/3, ran over a screw who knows when and woke to a flat on 9/10. I called, was told to come right in and was immediately taken care of by Eric in the Service Dept. In and out in about 40 min, plus they washed my car afterward. It's my first VW purchase - so far, so good!
