Where to begin? I have been a part of the VW family for almost 20 years, starting in Columbus, Ohio and then recently moving back to NW Ohio, my hometown area to help my aging parents. I always thought the VW dealership in Columbus couldn’t be beat when it came to exceptional customer service but you guys have proved me wrong. Between sales, service and so far everything in between, I haven’t met one person yet at your dealership who hasn’t given me anything but over and above experiences every time I’m there. I love you guys. Thanks for always making me feel at home, feel like family and taking care of everything my Taos needs. I really appreciate you! P.S. you always have the greatest selection of VW merch! I’m always excited and half nervous at all the dangling carrots in the showroom l’m going to see, merch and car-wise.
