I was greeted by Carsten who was friendly and explained what my service would entail. He showed me to the waiting area and asked if I had any questions. My car was ready in less than 30 minutes! I also received updates on my phone. Carsen closed the experience by stating that everything was completed with no issues. Car was washed and he escorted me to my vehicle and thanked me. I also said hello to Scott Cooke, your number one car salesperson! He’s the very best! I came from Michigan (over an hour away) for this service on my car. This is a very well run dealership with a great team!

I have a complaint with the service agreement I was sold. Manager Ryan Ort reached out asking me to email him to resolve the complaint. However, I have emailed twice with no reply.
