I have a bumper to bumper warranty and yet after dealer explanation, found that poor protection to my a/c condenser is my responsibility not Volkswagens. Only 15000 mi on vehicle. Dealer did assist with price but originally wanted $3000+ to replace. I feel that I spent a good amount of money for a nice car and should not be held accountable for poor engineering. Really says something about pride and German engineering for the 3rd largest automaker in the World. Also had issues getting the parts in a timely manner with no loaner automobile. Communication could also been better,but I understand the volume of repairs and lack of personal service.
