Where do I begin. The extended warranty that VW offers is a joke. When do companies have the right to deny your claim? Never heard of such a thing. My car was in the shop from June 25- July to 30th. Extended warranty offered me a rental for 10 days at $35.00 a day. You can’t rent a car for that. I incurred over $1000 in rental car expenses. Did the dealership offer to give me a car? No they did not. Keith in service worked hard on my claim, I will not deny that. Otherwise awful experience and I will never buy a VW again.

Went in for oil change, tire rotation and other fluid changes. Left with check engine light on as well as tire pressure warning. My wife was told she had to make another appointment to get diagnosis done.

Arrived and was greeted quickly. Got information and off I went to the showroom. 30 minutes later I got a text the inspection was complete and 5 minutes later was back on the road.
